I’ve been a professional chef for eleven years, developing my skills across Italy, London, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, and the Caribbean. My background includes Japanese, Italian, Mexican, French, and Spanish Michelin-starred kitchens, which taught me to blend precision, flavor, and elegance in every course.

I love working with all kinds of products, and I’m specialized in seafood and vegetarian meals. I’m also available to create menus around any special request—so your dinner feels personal, seamless, and memorable.
