I let ingredients lead the menu
I focus on very fresh, high-quality products and I prepare them in a way that respects their natural properties—so every dish tastes pure, balanced, and true.

































Ardenia and Steve cooked up an incredible meal for my Mum’s 60th birthday. Ardenia was great throughout the planning process and adapted the menu based on our conversations. The food was delicious, they set up the table beautifully and the kitchen was spotless when they left - thank you!
